Wow, what a surprising beer. This beer came boxed and numbered with a price to match, so being a bit pessimistic I wasn't readying myself for anything special. Innovation however poured clear, clean and with a floral hoppy nose. The powerful palate of 6.7 was carried along well by the biscuity malt and the gripping hops. This tasted like a blend of a Golden Ale and a strong IPA. By the end of the glass I was humbled. No more judging a book (or beer) by its cover for me.
