One of the ingredients of this beer is spruce tips and in my opinion this is an experiment that works. It produces a nice spicy taste with a warm winter's glow to it. Strong enough to warm you up but not a silly strength. Nice brownish appearance and very pleasant to drink. A very positive Christmas experience.

The Spruce tips really work. This smooth brew is great on a cold winter's night. It has become a tradition during the holidays to pour an Alaskan Winter Ale or two. But don't wait to long to purchase it as it is a very limited run each year.
