This is a dark ale from the Felinfoel brewery in Wales but unlike their flagship beer Double Dragon, there's not much to commend this one.

Roasted barley and chocolate malts are used in the brewing process but the whole taste is thin and watery and lacks any real body. You can sense that the flavour wants to come out at first but the finish is tasteless and uninspiring.

Not undrinkable by any means but one of those beers that makes you glad when it's finished.

I also think the first review is poor. Very drinkable beer, nice and rich.
