Anheuser-BuschBuschABV 4.3% Vol 355 ml ml bottle USA Cheap Flavour 1
|
|
This is the epitome of American Beer. It comes cheaper than cola, and tastes less like true beer. I've heard that Anheuser-Busch takes the waste (?!?!?!?!??!) from Bud and recycles it to make this swill. Unbelievably, people buy it. Of course, if you're looking for something that goes for about $9 (less than 6 pounds) per 30-pack, this is for you! Review submitted by: Matt Azzara |

Well, Consumer Reports liked it!
Mr. Howard
I have read the Consumer Reports ratings on beer. They should stick to cars and consumer electronics.
This beer is the "beer of choice" of the alcoholics who hang around public parks, etc. in Austin, TX. If Consumer Reports likes it, and it's the choice of homeless people who smell like urine and old cheese, it's got to be good...right?
Mr. St. Inebrius
Hey, It's cold, isn't it? So Shut it and drink up!!!
Mr. Fabulous
Sir,
Busch is the 'beer of choice' for boozers everywhere, and I will thank you to not assume this implies a poor quality beer.
Mr. Rock
$9 per 30 pack! Your payin' too much!
See review under Miller beer, then go to review my review for Anheuser Busch Budweiser. Substitute a less lively hopp, use more rice.

Ive never tasted it but the description sent a shiver down my spine. I agree with the reviewer already.

This is totally a spring break beer. My buddies and I were drinking about a case each a day of this stuff when we were in Fort Lauderdale with few detrimental effects.(We were poor, dumb college students). I would have been hard pressed to pull this off with a fine German or Belgian brew even in my younger drinking days. This beer ranks up there with Coors Light. It's a fine substitute for water when you are thirsty.

This really is a terrible beer, but it can be worthwhile for a broke college student. To best enjoy this beer just stab a hole in the side of the bastard with your key, pop the top, and you can chug the damn thing in a few short seconds. I don't know about regular Busch, but Busch Light is a good choice if you want a crappy beer to get drunk off.. I recommend it over bud light, coors light, or any other crappy beer. But of course, don't mistake this for a "real" beer.
Joe
Joe, Did I party with you in Fort Lauderdale because that is how we were drinking it?
Zbyszek Robinson
Busch light is a great beer in my opinion all though my favorite is Paulaner from Germany, but busch light doesn't give me no hangover whatsoever, and it taste good. Plus it's cheap, and everyone that I'm around enjoys drinking it, because at the end of the night no matter what you you drink the same result is there. YOUR DRUNK, so why not save some money,so you can get trashed the next night.

Before I moved to Florida, USA, I drank Old mill.....then I discovered busch. Dont get me wrong, a thick heavy beer is great in a damp chill. But in Florida light mellow smooth beers, with none of the "after taste" so many foreign beers have is a good thing when you get done working in the VERYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY hot sun of Fla...Its my beer of choice!( I'm a crabber, and i spend to many hours without shade....lol
vrtrex3
i quite like it.
and it has a screw top.

Busch Beer, it was good when I was broke, but sucked when I awoke!!!
Reeb
Not the best, but given the choice between Budweiser and Busch I would take the Busch in order to get a bit of taste. An odd fact considering it costs less. But then as a stout man, most ales and lagers can lack a bit of body and bite to me.

This beer tastes like ass. Only drink it if you have no other options or are already drunk.

Actually not bad for you, just bad. I wish Guinness were as cheap.

This is the worst beer I have ever tasted (other than Old Dutch).

I see the correlation between a liking for mega-fizz beers and an ability to express oneself in proper English is still holding good.

Judging by many of the comments on here, AB Bud, Busch etc are the beer choice of lazy people. Everytime I've been to the States, I've always been able to drink great real ales (bottled or keg) from local micros (and without having to walk far to find them!). Dump the mass-marketed crap and go looking; the US produces some of the finest beers around. We even get some shipped over to the UK. Why waste the opportunity of trying them?
Bimmerman
Although it is not always easy to find them, there are many good beers available in the USA - providing you are in a fairly large city. The chance of finding a decent ale in a roadside diner is remore - unlike the situation in an English pub.
But I agree about the laziness factor; many people are afraid to step outside their comofrt zones and stick always to the "easy" lagers that they know. And then write nonsense on this board like "...its the best beer in the whole world i never drink anything else anyone who says that xxxx isnt the best beer in the whole freaking world is an idiot..."
Fortunately such posters rarely come back.
Me? If I see a beer I've not tried before, I always try it. How else can you have an informed opinion? Only yesterday I tried some Sardinian lager (it wasn't vey good) and now I can realistically speak of its virtues and vices.
Richard English
This stuff will get you drunk for small change. Just watch out for the gassy after effects and green apple quickstep the next day.

Tastes good out of a funnel. Not so good from the can.
